FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 5-7 Business Days after Shipment.

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in American dollars (USD) before you place your order.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST to start processing on the same day. Neck-Comforter offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all merchandise orders. The processing time for each order will take between 2-4 business days. Your total order delivery time will take between 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on the final delivery destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking order to locate your parcel.

All merchandise orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

RETURN POLICY

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below for Neck-Comforter purchases. Our return policy comes with a 30-day policy (some exceptions apply).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded.
