Why was my order cancelled?
In authorizing your purchase, Neck-Comforter electronically requests an approval from your credit card issuer. If your credit card company does not provide that authorization, your order may be cancelled.
Please double-check that your billing, number and expiration info are all correct. If the cancellation was due to simply entering your card info incorrectly, you should have no trouble placing your order again on Neck-Comforter.com
